Stay plan

• Day 1Arrival and Sunset in Timimoun

  Departure from Houari Boumediene Airport at 10:00 AM, arriving in Timimoun at 12:35 PM. Transfer to the Djenane Malek Hotel for lunch, followed by some relaxation and rest at the hotel. At 4:00 PM, depart for a walk through the dunes, where you can enjoy a beautiful sunset accompanied by a cup of tea prepared over a wood fire. Return to the hotel for dinner.

• Day 2Oases and Ksour Adventure

  After breakfast, we’ll depart by minibus along the road of oases and ksour, circling the sebkha. Our exploration will take us to Ighzer and its cave, the ksar of Farraoun with its gardens, and Ouled Said with its foggara comb. We’ll enjoy a picnic as we progress, stopping in a beautiful djenane. The journey will then continue towards Kali and Aghlad, known for their uniquely beautiful and colorful ksour. We’ll return to the residence to prepare for dinner.

• Day 3Timimoun Discovery Tour

  Discovering the Queen of Gourara. After breakfast, we’ll head out to explore the city of Timimoun, the red oasis. You will visit the old town and its traditional market, filled with artisan shops. A picnic will be held in the Lichta oasis, followed by a 4x4 journey to the Tamana region for your final hike through a magical Tassili landscape, while enjoying a cup of tea brewed over a wood fire (Petit Tassili). After watching the sunset, we’ll return to the residence for dinner, followed by a traditional evening with the melodic songs of the Ahalil troupe.

• Day 4 Departure for Algiers

  After breakfast, departure with many memories, transfer to Timimoun airport for the 11:25 AM flight, arriving in Algiers at 1:45 PM.
