Stay plan

• Day 1Arrival at Taghit

  Depending on your arrival time, the first day will be dedicated to settling in, adjusting to the new surroundings, and meeting the Palais d’Or team. You will enjoy a first immersion to discover the venue and the town of Taghit.
  In the evening, dinner and entertainment will be provided according to the planned program.

• Day 2Day of excursions

  09:00 AM: Departure by 4x4. Visit to the Ber-Bie Palace and discovery of its fields and agricultural practices, accompanied by a guide who will share the history of the site. Photo stop in a unique setting between cliffs, dunes, and palm grove. Discovery of ancient rock carvings depicting the life and heritage of the first inhabitants. Refreshment break with tea and water, with the possibility to purchase souvenirs. Stop at Zaouiya Tahtaniya Lake with a picnic in the heart of an oasis and a kayaking activity.
  02:00 PM: Return to Palais d’Or.
  06:00 PM: Dunes excursion. Departure by 4x4 into the desert for an experience among the dunes. Snack and tea prepared over the fire. Sandboarding initiation and sunset watching, followed by stargazing. Return to Palais d’Or at the beginning of the night. Dinner and evening entertainment according to the planned program.

• Day 3Day of excursions

  10:00 AM: Departure. Guided visit of the old town of Taghit. Hike through the palm grove and climb up to the former French military fort, offering a panoramic view of the city. Discovery of local handicrafts and the Taghit market. Lunch and rest time. Afternoon snack. At the end of the day: excursion to the Taghit caves and sunset observation from the top of the cliffs, facing the sand mountains. Return to Palais d’Or. Dinner and evening entertainment according to the planned program.

  Possibility to organize a quad tour according to your preferences. Check-out at 12:00 PM (noon).
